1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the DivineWalls mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
DivineWalls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
All wallpapers, images, text, graphics, logos, and other content made available through the App ("Content") are owned by DivineWalls or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use downloaded wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes only, such as setting them as your device's lock screen or home screen background. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
If you believe any Content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at r.lovakumar@gmail.com with details of the claim, and we will investigate promptly.
4. User Conduct
When using DivineWalls, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation, servers, or networks.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or download Content in bulk.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
5. Purchases & Premium Content
DivineWalls is free to download and use. From time to time, the App may offer optional premium wallpaper packs or ad-free upgrades via in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Prices and availability of premium content may change at any time.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DivineWalls and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
